This Clip-On Tech Turns Any AC Into an Air Purifier, Cuts Indoor Pollution by 80% in 30 Minutes
Developed by an IIT-B graduate and tested at IIT Kanpur, AIRTH is a ₹3,000 clip-on device that converts existing air conditioners into HEPA-grade air purifiers. Using a three-stage filtration system and the AC’s own airflow, it cuts indoor pollution by up to 80% in 30 minutes—without additional electricity—bringing clean air within reach for thousands of Indian households.
